Job summary

Conventus Holdings Corporation is seeking an experienced VP, Closing Manager to lead a team of Bridge and DSCR Closers and Funders, ensuring timely closings, proper funding wires, and strict adherence to company guidelines, regulatory requirements, and investor overlays.

You will coach staff, manage escalations, and partner with Sales, Underwriting, Post-Closing, Servicing, Data, and Technology to drive automation and process improvements across the closing lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mortgage experience, including 7+ years in a managerial role in high production environment.
• Experience with Bridge, DSCR, and ground-up construction loan closing.
• Proficient with Lightning Docs and title research (tax searches, violations).
• TPO expertise across origination channels and multi-state closings (FL, NJ, NY, TX).

Responsibilities

• Oversee leadership of Bridge and DSCR Closers and Funders.
• Review policies and incorporate updates.
• Communicate KPIs and SLAs to Management.
• Ensure closings on time and funding wires released.
• Provide coaching and performance management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Post-Closing, Servicing, Data, and Tech to improve processes.
