Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Vice President of Business Transformation – Finance to lead major transformation initiatives across the business unit. You will partner with senior leaders to identify high-impact opportunities, orchestrate cross-functional execution, and drive data-driven innovations that align with enterprise objectives.

The role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in transformation programs, change management, and collaboration at the senior leadership level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Certification in project/ program management or change management is required (e.g., PMP, PgMP, CBTP, Change Management Certified Professional, Six Sigma).
• Ten years of related experience in business transformation with prior management impact; financial services experience preferred.

• Designs and delivers transformation programs coordinating cross-functional teams.
