The candidate will set operational plans, track outcomes, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within a large, global risk and claims services company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; several years in business transformation or enterprise transformation.
• Experience in financial services (insurance, banking) preferred.
• Certification such as PMP, PgMP, CBTP, Change Management cert, or Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities
