Job summary

Toptal is seeking a Vice President of AI Services to lead the design and delivery of AI-powered ITSM solutions. This remote role involves direct client engagement and requires a proven track record in IT services and AI applications.

You will drive the vision and profitability of the AI Services practice, develop innovative offerings, and cultivate key client relationships. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in senior leadership and a deep understanding of ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT services experience, including 5 years in a senior role.
• Experience with AI, ML in ITSM environments for enterprise clients.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and P&L for the AI Services practice.
• Develop repeatable service offerings leveraging AI.
• Serve as the executive advisor for key clients on AI strategy.
