Success in this role requires over 10 years in IT services, strong knowledge of ServiceNow, and an ability to influence at the executive level. The position is remote and requires applicants to be authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT services experience with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in building or scaling ITSM or AI-focused practice.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow and deep knowledge of ITIL v4 frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and P&L for the AI Services practice.
• Develop repeatable AI service offerings and delivery frameworks.
• Engage with C-suite stakeholders to assess maturity and identify opportunities.
