Job summary

Toptal is hiring a Vice President of AI Services to lead the AI Services practice. This remote role involves developing and delivering AI-enabled ITSM solutions, engaging with C-suite clients, and managing P&L responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of IT service experience, expertise in ServiceNow, and a strong background in AI applications. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates with an MBA or advanced degree.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT services experience with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Proven track record of building or scaling ITSM or AI-focused practice.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow at an architect level.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and strategy for the AI Services practice.
• Develop AI service offerings and delivery frameworks.
• Serve as executive AI advisor to key clients.
