Job summary

Toptal is hiring a Vice President of AI Services to drive the vision and execution of AI-powered ITSM solutions. This executive role requires deep expertise in ITIL, ServiceNow, and AI, and involves leadership of client engagements and internal teams. You will collaborate with C-suite executives and ensure growth and innovation within the company’s AI Services practice.

Applicants must have a strong background in IT services, leadership, and the ability to engage high-level stakeholders. This is a remote position requiring authorization to work in the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT services experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record building or scaling an ITSM or AI practice.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow at architect or delivery leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and P&L for AI Services practice.
• Serve as executive-level AI advisor to key clients.
• Oversee the architecture and delivery of ServiceNow AI solutions.
