Job summary

Oscar Health in the United States is seeking a Vice President of Network Management to lead contracting strategy and network development across our provider network. This senior role reports to the SVP of Network & Provider Management and focuses on building a robust, cost-effective network that improves member access and quality of care.

The position is remote within eligible states and may require 3 days in-office per week depending on metro area; offers competitive base pay and comprehensive

Qualifications

• 15+ years in network management, provider relations, or health plan ops.
• 10+ years in leadership roles.
• 10+ years in provider contracting and building relationships.
• 8+ years managing large provider networks in health insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead short- and long-term plans for provider network growth and optimization.
• Develop strategy to enhance network adequacy, access and member experience.
• Oversee contracting strategy including value-based and fee-for-service models.
• Build relationships with health system leaders and network providers.
• Negotiate and manage high-value, complex contracts to control costs.
• Monitor network performance metrics such as cost, utilization, quality and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal and accreditation standards.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing network management team.
