Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in healthcare provider contracting or network development.
• 7+ years negotiating complex contracts with hospitals and provider groups.
• 5+ years of leadership or managerial experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement contracting strategies with Market Leaders aligned to network goals.
• Lead and mentor the provider contracting team with clear goals.
• Collaborate with Network Monitoring & Performance to expand provider relations.
• Source OON targets aligning with Oscar's Market strategy when needed.
• Lead complex negotiations with hospitals, physician groups and other providers.
