Job summary

Toptal is seeking a Vice President, International, to report to the EVP, Industries, and scale the Enterprise business across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. This remote role will align with industry GMs, tailor our market approaches, and be accountable for sales results.

You will develop client relationships, shape proposals, lead negotiations, and drive new-client acquisition, retention, and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Delivery to address local requirements.
