Job summary

Agatha Global Tech, creator of Annuities Genius, seeks a senior enterprise sales professional to own and grow relationships with IMOs, FMOs, and carriers across the US. You will prospect, present, negotiate and close enterprise licenses, coordinating product and legal reviews with cross-functional teams.

You start as an individual contributor reporting to the CEO, with travel to IMO offices and industry events. Remote work is supported nationwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IMO distribution with life/annuity carrier or life-insurance tech experience.
• Proven ability to open, negotiate and close enterprise deals.
• Strong executive-level presentation and conference speaking skills.
• Self-directed with ability to set and manage territory plans.
• Insurance license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build the IMO and carrier pipeline including RIAs and broker-dealers.
• Lead pricing, negotiation and approvals for enterprise subscriptions.
• Coordinate legal, IT and compliance reviews during deals.
• Own post-signing onboarding, launch webinars and activation targets.
• Report quarterly on new agreements, revenue and activated agents.
