McKesson is seeking a Vice President, Health Systems - Intrafusion to lead execution and drive new business growth within health system accounts. This senior commercial leader combines people leadership with hands-on engagement in enterprise pursuits and partners with McKesson Health Systems to deliver infusion management solutions.

You will manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, guide opportunity structuring and pricing, mentor a sales team, and maintain executive relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience.
• 10+ years of experience in health system sales, infusion services, specialty pharmacy, or provider solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading and coaching commercial teams.
• Proven success managing complex, enterprise healthcare transactions.
• Strong understanding of health system operating environments and infusion economics.
• Ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed organization.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of sales and support resources aligned to Health Systems Intrafusion opportunities.
• Direct pipeline, deal strategy, and performance reviews to drive accountability and growth.
• Guide pricing, contracting, and governance with Finance, Legal, and Implementation teams.
• Build executive relationships and participate in customer discussions and negotiations.
• Ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation and early execution success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated infusion management solutions.
