Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 12+ years of professional experience with 4+ years of management.
• 10+ years in health system sales, infusion services, or provider solutions.
• Experience leading commercial teams.
• Experience with enterprise healthcare transactions.
• Strong understanding of health system operating environments.
• Ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team focused on Intrafusion opportunities within Health Systems.
• Drive complex, multi-stakeholder health system pursuits from qualification to contract.
• Engage with executives in customer discussions, presentations, and negotiations.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Implementation on pricing and contracting.
• Ensure transition from sales to implementation with early engagement.
• Develop and maintain executive relationships within assigned accounts.
• Manage day-to-day pipeline and forecast; ensure governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for coordinated solutions.
