Job summary
Mackenzie Stuart is recruiting a Vice President of Operations to lead ambulatory infusion centers across the West. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of clinics, staffing, budgeting, and compliance to drive growth while maintaining patient-centered care.
The successful candidate will shape operational standards, optimize schedules and workflows, partner with regional managers, and build scalable processes that support rapid expansion in a high-growth healthcare
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead multi-site healthcare operations
- Experience managing clinics and infusion centers
- Strong analytical skills for budgeting and financial performance
Responsibilities
- Lead the clinic network with strategic and hands-on oversight of operations.
- Develop, monitor, and deliver operating budgets for clinics and infusion centers.
- Partner with regional managers to identify cost and investment needs.
- PrepareROI analyses and business cases for capital and operating investments.
- Review monthly budget performance and drive cost-control initiatives.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and performance management.
- Establish consistent reporting across clinics and lead regular operational reviews.
- Drive process improvements to ensure patient-centered, compliant care.
