Qualifications

• 10+ years of growth/consumer/business strategy or related client-facing roles.
• Experience leading strategic engagements and advisory workstreams.
• Proven ability to facilitate senior-level workshops and present executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing growth-strategy engagements from discovery to implementation planning.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align commercial priorities and opportunities for measurable improvement.
• Design and facilitate executive workshops and planning sessions to drive decisions.
• Assess growth drivers, customer engagement opportunities, and performance indicators.
• Develop practical growth strategies, roadmaps, and success measures for clients.
• Identify responsible AI opportunities that add business value and governance.
