Job summary

CMB is seeking a VP, Strategy Consulting to lead the insights-powered growth consulting practice and heighten the firm’s advisory capabilities for senior leaders worldwide. You will build a cross-disciplinary team and drive strategic engagements that translate research and analytics into actionable growth strategies.

The role blends client leadership, internal capability development, and external representation, with hybrid Boston or remote US options and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of consulting and executive advisory experience for enterprise growth clients.
• Experience building consulting practices, solutions, or multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience integrating research, analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, activation, implementation, and strategy.
• Strong executive facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Curiosity about markets, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies, including AI.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMB's Strategy & Decision Enablement Practice.
• Advise executive clients on growth, customer, innovation, and organizational decisions.
• Coach and mentor a cross-disciplinary consulting team.
• Develop scalable advisory offerings and establish thought leadership.
• Represent CMB in executive presentations, conferences, and strategic discussions.
