Ladders is seeking a VP of Delivery to own the end-to-end delivery function for a leading information technology services organization. The role centers on scaling a high-performing operating model across engagements, ensuring on-time execution, quality, client satisfaction, and margin performance.

You will partner with sales and senior technical leaders to ensure accurate scoping, strong economics, and a consistent service experience.

Qualificações

• 15+ years in professional services or consulting delivery, including 5+ years in a leadership role with P&L responsibility.
• Experience managing services economics at scale across multi-engagement portfolios worth over $20M.
• Technical credibility in data and AI, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior engineering teams.
• Proven track record building internal delivery tools and platforms that improve service capability.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development practices and agentic tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery outcomes, including quality, client satisfaction, on-time delivery, and engagement-level margins.
• Manage the pod model by planning capacity, staffing, and utilization to support sustainable growth.
• Develop and maintain the delivery operating system, enhancing engagement processes and tools.
• Measure delivery performance through hard metrics and hold the organization accountable to results.
• Build quality assurance systems to identify and address issues proactively.
• Partner with sales to support accurate project scoping, estimation, and pricing.
• Lead the hiring and development of key talent, ensuring growth paths for top performers.
• Systematize delivery processes into repeatable methodologies that streamline engagements.
