World Wide Technology, Inc. is seeking a strategic, results-driven Vice President of Delivery Services to own end-to-end delivery across a broad portfolio, including AI and automation initiatives.

This executive role requires deep infrastructure delivery expertise, strong P&L governance, and leadership of a large, multinational delivery organization. You will partner with Sales, Architecture, and Product to ensure delivery excellence, scale operations, and maintain a high-engagement culture

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology infrastructure and services delivery with senior leadership
• P&L ownership for large delivery organizations, revenue and margin accountability
• Experience leading 1,000+ technical practitioners and multi-region delivery teams
• Based in the United States with executive presence and stakeholder management

Responsabilités

• Own the full P&L for the Delivery Services organization.
• Define and execute a multi-year delivery strategy aligned to growth objectives.
• Achieve zero-defect delivery standards across all service lines.
• Maximize utilization and optimize workforce efficiency.
• Establish and track KPIs for utilization, realization, CSAT, and quality.
• Lead scalable delivery models and drive AI-powered tooling adoption.
• Partner with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Product leadership to align capabilities with commitments.
• Present delivery performance and investment proposals to senior leadership and the Board.
