Job summary

Huge is seeking a Vice President of Strategy to lead Business and Customer Experience transformation across global enterprises. You will guide AI-enabled strategies, synthesize insights, and drive multi-year roadmaps bridging strategy to execution within digital ecosystems.

As a trusted partner to the C-suite, you will model business impact, build robust financial cases, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to scale transformative initiatives with measurable value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of business strategy and leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise growth initiatives and digital transformation programs.
• Experience developing financial models, revenue projections, and business cases.
• Experience advising C-level executives, board members, and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Formulate 3- to 5-year growth visions and roadmaps for clients.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across Product, Analytics, Design, and Engineering.
• Translate insights into executable AI-enabled transformation programs.
• Present strategic recommendations to executives and guide multi-year implementations.
