Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or a related discipline preferred.
• Ten years of related experience in business transformation with several years in a management role.
• Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation in B2B, preferably in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Leads transformation initiatives that align with growth objectives and deliver measurable impact.
• Partners with leaders to identify high-value initiatives and drive cross-functional execution.
• Designs and delivers transformation programs with cross-functional teams.
