Formación

• 12+ years in philanthropy, social impact, or mission-driven settings with senior leadership experience.
• Proven ability to translate vision into priorities, roadmaps, and actionable plans.
• Strong strategic communications and executive advisory skills.
• Experience shaping external affairs, partnerships, and stakeholder networks.
• Ability to lead through influence in a lean, evolving environment.
• Commitment to racial, economic, environmental, and social justice.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as senior strategic thought partner to leadership, translating enterprise vision into priorities and roadmaps.
• Shape high-priority initiatives with resource, governance, and risk considerations.
• Develop decision-ready recommendations, business cases, and scenarios for complex opportunities.
• Strengthen enterprise planning, sensing, and decision-making practices.
• Support external affairs capabilities and selected high-priority communications.
• Manage key relationships with funders, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Evaluate opportunities across missions, funding, products, and services.
