Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Data & AI to drive the enterprise data strategy and AI capabilities across regions. This role will shape the data platform, governance, and responsible AI practices while partnering with senior stakeholders to prioritize investments and deliver measurable business value.

The candidate will lead a global team, oversee budgets, and align Data & AI initiatives with strategic priorities, enabling scalable, secure data and AI solutions in a remote

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in data, AI/ML, engineering, or platform leadership roles with executive accountability.
• 8+ years of direct management experience.
• Proven track record managing an operating budget of $5M or more.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft ecosystem and modern data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
• Deep knowledge of data governance frameworks and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the enterprise Data & AI roadmap across regions and functions.
• Develop and manage the benefits case for the Data & AI portfolio, ensuring measurable value is realized.
• Direct the operation of the enterprise data platform and AI capabilities, ensuring scalability and security.
• Establish and oversee enterprise data governance and responsible AI practices.
• Set priorities and performance measures to focus resources on high-impact initiatives.
• Manage the operating and investment budget for Data & AI, driving cost improvements.
• Build and lead a global team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
