Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a VP Program Manager for Data Centers to lead the PMO for a large data center campus. You will manage mission-critical infrastructure projects, oversee schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications, and drive operational excellence across campus development and facility management.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in data center or mission-critical projects, proven PMO leadership, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction mgmt, or related field.
• 12+ years in program/project mgmt with data center experience.
• Proven PMO leadership for large-capital programs ($100M+).
• Deep understanding of data center infra (power, cooling, MEP).
• Strong stakeholder management in high-demand environments.
• Experience with commissioning, testing, and handover of critical facilities.
• Experience mentoring technical project teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and value engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily PMO operations for the data center campus and coordinate multiple projects.
• Establish PMO frameworks, governance, and reporting cadences.
• Coordinate clients, contractors, design teams, and vendors.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, change orders, and risk management.
• Mentor PM teams and drive continuous improvement in PMO processes.
