Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive project management experience in data center construction.
• Experience leading large-scale ($50M+) mission-critical projects.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and technical stakeholders in active environments.
• Strong knowledge of mission-critical MEP systems, power/cooling, and commissioning.
• Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects, own execution across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Lead project planning, procurement coordination, financial oversight, and contract administration.
• Develop and mentor project staff, support team growth.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across projects and teams.
