Job summary

JLL is seeking a VP, Program Manager to lead the PMO for a large data center campus. You will oversee construction, infrastructure upgrades, and facility expansions, coordinating cross-functional teams and senior client stakeholders.

The role demands deep data center know-how, strong financial acumen, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans. It is remote-friendly with nationwide opportunities; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field with 12+ years of PM experience in data center or mission-critical facilities.
• Proven experience leading PMO operations for large-scale capital programs ($100M+ portfolios).
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure including power systems, cooling, and MEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily PMO operations for the data center campus across construction, upgrades, and expansions.
• Establish PMO frameworks, governance, and reporting cadences for data center programs.
• Serve as the central liaison between clients, contractors, design teams, MEP specialists, and critical vendors.
• Manage master schedules, interdependencies, and resource allocation across the campus portfolio.
• Oversee commissioning, testing, and operational readiness for facilities.
• Mentor and develop project managers and technical staff; drive process improvements.
