Job summary

JLL is seeking a VP, Program Manager to lead the PMO for a data center campus. You will oversee integrated project teams across construction, infrastructure upgrades, and facility expansions, ensuring 24/7 uptime and adherence to industry standards. You will manage client relationships, budgets, and risk across multiple concurrent projects.

The role requires deep data center expertise, strong leadership, and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or civil preferred), construction management, or related technical field.
• 12+ years of program/project management experience with significant exposure to data center or mission-critical facility projects.
• Proven experience leading PMO operations for large-scale capital programs ($100M+ portfolios).
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure including power systems, cooling architectures, and supporting MEP systems.
• Demonstrated success managing complex stakeholder relationships in demanding environments.
• Experience with commissioning processes, integrated systems testing, and operational handover for critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily PMO operations for the data center campus, coordinating multiple concurrent projects across construction, infrastructure upgrades, and facility expansions.
• Establish PMO frameworks, standards, governance structures, and reporting cadences for data center program delivery.
• Serve as central point of coordination between clients, contractors, design teams, MEP specialists, and critical systems vendors.
• Manage master program schedules, interdependencies, and resource allocation across the campus portfolio.
• Oversee budgets, change orders, and risk management across projects; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
