Job summary

JLL seeks a VP, Program Manager to lead the day-to-day PMO for a large data center campus, coordinating construction, upgrades, and facility expansions while ensuring 24/7 uptime. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships, driving compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

You will mentor a team of PMs and engineers, implement best-practice PMO processes, and contribute to business development through technical leadership and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or civil preferred) or related technical field.
• 12+ years of program/project management experience with data center or mission-critical projects.
• Proven experience leading PMO operations for large-scale capital programs ($100M+).
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure including power, cooling, and MEP systems.
• Experience with commissioning, testing, and handover for critical facilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day PMO operations for the data center campus and oversee multiple projects.
• Establish PMO standards, governance, and reporting cadences for data center delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, design teams, MEP, and vendors.
• Manage master program schedules, interdependencies, and resource allocation.
• Oversee power distribution, cooling, backups, fire suppression, and network infrastructure.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and client requirements.
• Mentor and develop a team of project managers and coordinators.
• Drive process improvements and data-driven reporting.
