Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a VP, Program Manager to lead the PMO for a large data centre campus, coordinating construction, infrastructure upgrades, and facility expansions. You will manage client relationships, senior stakeholder communications, and complex budgets to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 operations.

The role calls for deep data centre know-how, strong governance, and a track record of delivering high‑risk programmes with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 12+ years of programme/project management experience.
• Experience leading PMO operations for large-scale capital programmes ($100M+).
• Deep data centre infrastructure knowledge (power, cooling, MEP).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily PMO operations for the data centre campus and oversee multiple projects.
• Establish PMO frameworks, governance structures, and reporting cadences.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, design teams, and vendors.
• Manage master schedules, interdependencies, and resource allocation.
• Oversee budgeting, risk management, and change control.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing project team.
