Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Vice President, Commercial Strategy to join our team in a remote capacity. You will drive new business growth, strategic market positioning, and high-impact bid pursuits across Parexel's global CRO portfolio.

This role partners with sales, operations, and technical functions to identify opportunities, develop winning strategies, and craft compelling messaging that differentiates Parexel in a competitive market.

Qualifications

15+ years in CRO with client management and senior sales/operational background.
Experience developing commercial messaging incl. proposals, RFIs, RFPs.
Proven leadership of global cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with commercial tools like Salesforce and proposal/presentation platforms.
Strong understanding of CRO, biopharma market, and products/services Parexel offers.
General knowledge of medical terminology and ICH/GCP.

Responsibilities

Participate in bid triage discussions to evaluate opportunities and alignment with objectives.
Conduct market/competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
Coach bid teams on high-profile RFIs and RFPs; ensure compelling sales messaging.
Collaborate with sales, technical, and operations to design winning strategies.
Prepare bid teams for client presentations with strategic positioning.
