Parexel is seeking a Vice President, Commercial Strategy to lead market positioning and new business growth on a remote basis. You will guide commercial strategy, analyze opportunities, and shape winning bids across sales, operations, and technical teams.

Role requires deep CRO industry knowledge, senior leadership, and ability to travel as needed. You will influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive Parexel’s competitive advantage globally.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in CRO industry with client management
• Experience developing commercial messaging incl. RFIs/RFPs
• Proven leadership of global cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with commercial tools incl. Salesforce and proposal platforms

Responsabilités

• Participate in bid triage and align pursuits with objectives
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
• Coach bid teams on high-profile RFI/RFP opportunities
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and operations to shape client solutions
• Prepare bid teams for client presentations and feedback
• Share lessons learned to improve bid outcomes
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments
• Represent Parexel at industry conferences and client engagements
• Lead internal initiatives to improve bid effectiveness
