Job summary

Gallagher Bassett seeks a Vice President of Business Development to autonomously pursue new business, develop strategy and program architecture, and engage with clients and brokers. You will travel up to 40% and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow revenue and profitability while representing the GB brand in the market.

You will work remotely from states like Illinois, Minnesota, Ohio, or Michigan and lead strategic sales efforts with Fortune 100/500 companies, expanding GB’s pipeline

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of sales experience and a proven track record.
Strong leadership and client-relationship skills at senior levels.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
Drive regional sales growth and meet or exceed targets.
Lead sales pursuits with C-level executives in regional markets.
