Job summary

Panorama is seeking a Vice President, Adoption & Services to lead the platform adoption strategy for all K-12 district clients, shaping the operating model for a national professional services and implementation organization. You will partner with executive leaders to drive adoption and strategic outcomes while guiding AI-enabled initiatives.

You will build scalable processes, mentor senior teams, and ensure alignment with retention, expansion, and product roadmaps across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in client success, account management, or professional services at scale.
• Experience leading large, distributed services delivery and implementation operations.
• Proven ability to drive measurable adoption, usage, or outcomes across a diverse client base.
• Experience engaging with C-suite or superintendent-level stakeholders.
• Fluency with AI tools and leading a team through AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define and own platform adoption strategy for all K-12 district clients.
• Lead professional services and implementation at national scale with staffing and budgeting.
• Set budgets, headcount, and utilization targets for delivery.
• Build standards, SLAs, and escalation/risk management processes.
• Engage directly with district leaders on strategic adoption conversations.
