Provisions Group is seeking an Assistant Vice President, AI Strategy & Transformation, a 100% remote, full-time leadership role. The incumbent will own enterprise AI strategy, governance, prioritization, and execution across a multi-entity organization, turning AI strategy into measurable business value.

The role requires 10+ years in enterprise transformation and experience leading AI initiatives, with a track record in governance, ROI, and collaboration with C-suite leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise transformation leadership.
• Experience leading AI/ML or enterprise AI initiatives.
• Experience owning enterprise portfolio governance and prioritization.
• Experience partnering with C-suite/executive leadership in complex organizations.
• Experience in healthcare or another highly regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance the enterprise AI strategy, translating business priorities into a prioritized and accountable portfolio of AI initiatives.
• Lead the governance structure responsible for evaluating, prioritizing, scaling, stopping, or redirecting AI investments.
• Partner with executive, technology, clinical, operational, financial, security, compliance, and business leaders to identify and execute high-value AI opportunities.
• Establish clear ROI expectations and performance measures for AI initiatives, ensuring investments produce measurable outcomes.
• Lead executive-level AI governance meetings and bring forward recommendations, trade-offs, risks, and decisions.
• Create disciplined intake and stage-gate processes moving AI initiatives from pilot to enterprise adoption.
• Manage a portfolio of concurrent AI initiatives with visibility into performance, risk, and investment priorities.
• Evaluate AI platforms, vendors, and emerging technologies to guide build-versus-buy decisions.
• Drive strong commercial discipline across AI vendor relationships with defined scope, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Establish continuous-improvement practices for the AI governance and delivery model.
• Ensure Responsible AI, security, privacy, compliance, risk, and human-oversight standards are incorporated.
