Job summary

Attivo Partners is seeking a VP, Client Delivery to lead the finance and accounting service delivery for a portfolio of VC-backed, high-growth clients. You will combine hands-on technical finance leadership with people management to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality client work.

This role partners with CFOs and senior leaders to drive profitability and client outcomes. You’ll oversee delivery quality, manage the delivery team, and advance learning and process improvements in a

Qualifications

Executive-level communication with founders, CEOs, CFOs and boards.
Proven track record in delivering multi-client portfolios in VC-backed environments.
Deep understanding of US GAAP and SaaS metrics.
Hands-on leadership with experience managing remote delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end client delivery across accounts to ensure on-time, in-scope and high-quality work.
Lead escalations with client executives and maintain strong relationships with founders and CFOs.
Provide senior technical finance guidance on close, consolidations, ASC 606/718/842, audits and tax.
Develop and mentor delivery team, establish repeatable processes and scalable staffing.
