Job summary

Allsup Employment Services is hiring a Vocational Case Manager to serve unemployed beneficiaries in the Return to Work program. You will build relationships, provide customized job placement support, review claims, and help clients regain financial self-sufficiency.

You’ll manage a caseload, offer job search assistance, conduct interviews, and coordinate Social Security forms. A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with bilingual skills encouraged.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of case management, job placement, or vocational rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills encouraged.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high call volume.
• Comfort with coordinating job search activities and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active vocational caseload for individuals with disabilities under the Ticket to Work program.
• Provide job search assistance: leads, resumes, interviewing practice, and return-to-work discussions.
• Schedule interviews and follow-ups; complete Social Security forms as required.
• Communicate with beneficiaries via phone, email, and text; educate on Ticket-to-Work and paystub submission.
