Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field.
• Knowledge of Managed Care or Workers’ Compensation preferred.
• CRC, CCM, or CDMS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with clients, family, and employers.
• Assist in return to work planning and job modifications.
• Complete Vocational Assessments and develop Rehabilitation Plans.

Skills

Effective multi-tasking skills

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of principles for diagnosis and rehabilitation

Computer proficiency with MS Office

Education

Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field
