Allsup LLC is a people-centered organization helping people with disabilities navigate federal programs, including SSDI, veteran’s disability, return to work, and Medicare. The Vocational Case Manager serves as the primary contact for unemployed beneficiaries in Allsup Employment Services Return to Work, providing customized job placement solutions.

You will manage a caseload, offer job search assistance, and guide beneficiaries through the SSA Ticket-to-Work program while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Master’s and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate work experience.
• Two (2) or more years’ experience in case management, job placement, vocational rehabilitation preferred.
• Ability to learn, retain and apply information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active vocational caseload with individuals with a disability.
• Provide job search assistance: leads, boards, resume review/write, career exploration, interview practice.
• Manage high volume inbound/outbound communications via phone/email/text.
• Educate beneficiaries about the SSA Ticket-to-Work program and encourage participation.
• Verify the beneficiary’s employment goal is appropriate and achievable.
• Support and coach beneficiaries in job applications and retention.
