Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a high-performing Vision Territory Manager to partner with independent and retail Eye Care Practitioners within the designated territory. This remote field-based role focuses on growing patient- and practice-centered solutions from our contact lens portfolio including ULTRA®, Biotrue® ONEday, INFUSE®, and our e-commerce platform B+L Opal.

You will meet/exceed sales quotas, develop key account plans, and collaborate with distributors while leveraging Salesforce CRM and

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B or comparable sales experience.
Ability to travel up to 25% and reside within territory.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Meet/exceed territory sales quotas and execution metrics.
Conduct effective calls to ECPs and increase share of contact lens prescriptions.
Develop account plans for high-volume customers for sustainable growth.
Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce; use Power BI for insights.
Coordinate with distributors and attend regional sales meetings.
Prepare timely administrative reports and adhere to guidelines.
