Job summary

Verto Education seeks a Coordinator, Visa Operations & Enrollment to support student visa processes and enrollment tasks from a remote US location. You’ll educate families, manage visa applications, and collaborate with admissions, onboarding, and consulates to ensure timely visa issuance.

The role requires 1–3 years of customer service, strong communication, and attention to detail. Remote work with travel 4–6 weeks/yr is expected, within US time zones, with benefits and a mission-driven

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Remote work eligibility and setup.
• Based in the US and in a UTC-8 to UTC-3 time zone band.
• 1–3 years in student or customer service roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Educate families on student visa processes and host webinars.
• Maintain visa application systems and CRM hygiene.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to problem solve.
• Process and organize visa materials; manage mailings and shipping.
• Track visa progress through reporting and CRM data.
