Job summary

Verto Education is seeking a Director of Student Onboarding and Visa Operations to lead the onboarding and visa teams within Admissions. This remote, US-based role shapes strategy, processes, and cross-functional collaboration to guide students from deposit through on-site arrival, ensuring a seamless international experience.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and drive OKRs while partnering with Admissions, Marketing, and Academics to deliver a best-in-class student journey.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Ability to work remote, this is a remote position.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 weeks per year.
• Based in the US, within a time zone of +/-1 hour of continental US.

Responsibilities

• Owns the strategic direction of onboarding and visa operations, including policy and budget.
• Develops scalable processes to reduce logistical friction for students.
• Leads and mentors onboarding and visa teams, with staff development and staffing strategies.
• Drives annual and quarterly OKRs and collaborates cross-functionally with Admissions, Marketing, SFS, and Academics.
