Verto Education seeks a Coordinator, Visa Operations & Enrollment to support student visa processes and enrollment tasks from a remote US location. You’ll educate families, manage visa applications, and collaborate with admissions, onboarding, and consulates to ensure timely visa issuance.

The Visa Operations team advances Verto's mission by ensuring students and families can navigate the student visa process with clarity and confidence. The team oversees all aspects of supporting students and families through obtaining student visas, a critical step to participating in the Verto experience. This includes educating students and families on student visa processes, managing individual and group visa applications, and working with consulates to ensure timely visa issuance.
The Visa Operations team is a part of the larger Enrollment Department. This role may also support other functions of the enrollment department during non-peak times of the year for visa operations. The enrollment department supports Verto’s mission by providing a world-class experience to students and families from their first interactions with Verto through arriving on-site. The team assists students and their families through making the life-changing decision to join Verto, and then supports them throughout the pre-departure period, preparing them for a successful Verto experience.

At Verto, base salary is one part of your total compensation package.
Final base pay will depend on your location (aligned to Verto’s compensation regions), as well as your experience, skills, and relevant qualifications. Your recruiter/hiring manager can share the specific range for your location during the hiring process.
$50,000 - $55,000 USD
