CrowdStrike is seeking an Engineer II - Virtualization to join our Production Services team. You will design and maintain production systems, deploying and supporting large-scale servers and applications across internal data centers.

You will administer Linux environments and OpenStack deployments, while driving automation with Python, Go and PowerShell. This role emphasizes on-call readiness and cross-team collaboration with global teams.

Qualificações

• US Citizenship or Green Card holder status.
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in Computer Science.
• Experience with Linux/Windows and large-scale infrastructure.
• Hands-on OpenStack production experience.
• Experience managing VMware vCenter/ESXi at scale.
• Strong networking knowledge (BGP, DHCP).
• Configuration management with Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
• Experience writing technical documentation.
• Proven experience using AI to improve workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain complex systems architecture for production deployments.
• Manage large-scale server deployments in internal data centers.
• Administer Linux systems across thousands of servers and VMs.
• Develop automation scripts and workflows using Python, Go or PowerShell.
• Troubleshoot hardware, hypervisor, and infrastructure issues.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident management.
