Job summary

One Medical is expanding its virtual primary care team to deliver high-quality care via video and message-based channels. You will care for patients through scheduled and on-demand visits, practicing evidence-based primary care with a cross-functional team in a remote setting.

The role emphasizes board-certified Internal or Family Medicine, multiple licenses, and a collaborative, learning-oriented culture. Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in a primary care or virtual primary care setting.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine.
• Active state license in either CA, NY or DC.
• Minimum of 15 state licenses and willingness to obtain and maintain additional licenses with the support of our One Medical Credentialing Team.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including video visit appointments and message-based care.
• Manage patients with a broad array of patient needs virtually, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Adopt standard work and clinical protocols for evidence-based clinical care.
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.
• Ongoing collaboration with teammates and leadership via daily huddles.
• Collaborative oversight of 4-8 NP or PA colleagues.
