Job summary

One Medical is seeking physicians to deliver exceptional virtual primary care. You will treat patients via telehealth visits and messages, managing a broad range of needs with a team-based approach.

The role requires an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency, board certification, and active licenses in CA, NY, or DC. Remote work from the United States with a salary range supported by credentialing and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in a primary care or virtual primary care setting.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine.
• Active state license in CA, NY or DC.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain additional licenses with credentialing support.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including video visits and message-based care.
• Manage patients with diverse needs virtually, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Adopt standard work and clinical protocols for evidence-based care.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership through daily huddles.
• Provide oversight for 4–8 NP or PA colleagues.

The Opportunity

As One Medical continues to expand and transform the primary care experience,we'reseeking physicians to deliver exceptional virtual primary care. In this role,you'llcare for One Medical patients through scheduled and on-demand visits via video and asynchronous messagingchannels.

The One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) is a leading provider of virtual clinical care, providing world-class, convenient, evidence-based virtual medical care to One Medical patients. • Completed an accreditedInternalor Family Medicine residency program

• Active state license in either CA,NYor DC
• Minimum of 15 state licenses and willingness to obtain and maintain additional licenses with the support of our One Medical Credentialing Team

Preferred:

• Experience with virtual care and/or virtual primary care preferred

One Medical is committed to fair andequitablecompensation practices.

The base salary range for this role is $262,000 to $278,500 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
