Qualifications

• Completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Board certified in Internal or Family Medicine.
• Active state license in CA, NY or DC; willingness to obtain additional licenses with credentialing support.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including video visits and message-based care.
• Manage patients with a broad array of needs virtually, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Adopt standard work and clinical protocols for evidence-based care.
• Engage in ongoing learning during Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership via daily huddles.
• Provide oversight of 4-8 NP or PA colleagues.
