Job summary

One Medical is expanding its Virtual Medical Team to deliver world-class virtual primary care. This full-time role involves treating patients via telehealth—video visits and secure messaging—and collaborating with 4–8 NP/PA colleagues in a remote, 24/7 care model.

Applicants should have completed an Internal or Family Medicine residency, be board certified, hold CA/NY/DC licenses, and be prepared to obtain additional licenses with credentialing support.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in a primary care or virtual primary care setting.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine.
• Active state license in either CA, NY or DC.
• Minimum of 15 state licenses and willingness to obtain and maintain additional licenses with our One Medical Credentialing Team.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including video visit appointments and message-based care.
• Manage patients with a broad array of patient needs virtually, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Adopt standard work and clinical protocols for evidence-based clinical care.
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.
• Ongoing collaboration with teammates and leadership via daily huddles.
• Collaborative oversight of 4-8 NP or PA colleagues.
