Job summary

One Medical seeks physicians to deliver exceptional virtual primary care for patients through scheduled video visits and asynchronous messaging. The Virtual Medical Team provides 24/7 virtual care with a mission to transform healthcare and deliver world-class primary care to all.

The base salary range is $262,000 to $278,500 per year for a full-time schedule, with possible additional pay and benefits. Remote work is available to residents in the United States, with credentialing support provided.

Qualifications

• Completed accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency.
• 2 of the last 5 years in primary or virtual primary care.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine.
• Active license in CA, NY or DC.
• Minimum of 15 state licenses and willingness to obtain more with credentialing support.
• Virtual care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via telehealth visits (video and messaging).
• Manage patients with acute, chronic and well-visit needs virtually.
• Adopt standard work and clinical protocols for evidence-based care.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning activities.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership in daily huddles.
• Provide oversight of 4–8 NP or PA colleagues.
