Job summary

One Medical is seeking physicians to deliver exceptional virtual primary care. You will care for One Medical patients through scheduled and on-demand visits via video and asynchronous messaging channels, joining a team dedicated to transforming healthcare.

The role emphasizes telehealth delivery, collaboration, and adherence to evidence-based primary care protocols within a remote work setup across the United States.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in a primary care or virtual primary care setting.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine; active state license in CA, NY or DC.
• Minimum of 15 state licenses and willingness to obtain additional licenses with credentialing support.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including video visit appointments and message-based care.
• Manage patients with a broad array of needs virtually, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Adopt standard work and clinical protocols for evidence-based clinical care.
• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership via daily huddles.
• Provide oversight of 4-8 NP or PA colleagues.
