Job summary

One Medical seeks physicians to deliver exceptional virtual primary care. You will care for patients through scheduled and on-demand visits via video and asynchronous messaging channels, joining a team delivering care 24/7 with a focus on evidence-based practice.

The role supports virtual care, working remotely within the United States, and includes ongoing learning and collaboration with NP/PA colleagues to ensure high-quality patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced in primary care or virtual primary care setting for at least 2 of the last 5 years.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including video visit appointments and message-based care.
• Manage patients with a broad array of needs virtually, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Adopt standard work and clinical protocols for evidence-based care.
• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership via daily huddles.
• Provide oversight of 4–8 NP or PA colleagues.
