Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Virtual Event Planner & Coordinator to conceptualize, plan, and execute webinars, virtual conferences, product launches, and corporate celebrations for clients worldwide.

The role requires proficiency with Zoom Webinars, Hopin, Cvent, and Bizzabo, plus strong organizational and client-management skills and the ability to work independently from a home office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event planning and coordination, with focus on virtual events.
• Proficiency with virtual platforms (Zoom Webinars, Hopin, Cvent, Bizzabo).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and client-management abilities; comfortable in a remote setting.
• Experience as contractor or freelancer is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of virtual events from inception to post-event analysis.
• Liaise with clients to understand event objectives, target audiences, and requirements.
• Develop event agendas, content schedules, and speaker management plans.
• Oversee the technical setup and execution of virtual events; ensure engagement.
• Manage attendee registration, communication, and support throughout the event lifecycle.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies and drive attendance.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and provide post-event reports to clients.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-the-spot support during live events.
• Stay abreast of trends and best practices in virtual event management.
